LAMP+: Direct-from-Sample, Multiplex Nucleic Acid Detection in a Single Reaction Tube
Our patent-pending LAMP+ technology enables rapid, PCR-grade detection of up to five targets* from crude, unprocessed samples in a single tube, simplifying molecular testing workflow without compromising performance.
Our Process
LAMP+ is based on a shelf-stable reaction mix composed of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) components, fluorescent probes, and additives, which effectively drives sample lysis, nucleic acid amplification, and target-specific fluorescent signal generation within one isothermal reaction, even with inhibitors present in crude, unprocessed samples.
Implementation of our technology requires only a standard tube (e.g., PCR tube), transfer pipette, and heater/fluorometer, significantly reducing consumable and device costs.
Simple But Powerful
LAMP+ eliminates the need for dedicated sample processing, time consuming thermocycling, or multiple reaction wells to enable sample-to-answer multiplex testing at the point of care that is fast, accurate, and affordable — something other options can’t do.
LAMP+ can be readily adapted to detect a wide range of targets from various sample types.
